Shipping Policy

1. Processing Time
All orders are processed within 3-5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after payment confirmation. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the item size, weight, and destination. Delivery is made by carriers such as FedEx, UPS, or freight services for large items. We are not responsible for delays once the carrier has possession of the shipment.

3. Shipping Restrictions
We currently only ship to addresses within the United States. We cannot ship to P.O. Boxes for large furniture items. Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate.

4. Damaged in Transit
As stated in our Return Policy, please inspect packages upon delivery and report any damage within 48 hours. Save all packaging materials for inspection by the carrier.
