1. Return & Exchange Window
We accept returns and exchanges for most items within 30 days of the delivery date. The item must be in its original, unused, and undamaged condition, with all packaging materials and hardware.
2. Non-Returnable Items

Custom-made or personalized items.

Items damaged due to customer misuse or improper assembly.

Clearance or final sale items.
3. Return Process

Contact Us: Initiate a return by emailing with your order number and reason for return.

Approval & Instructions: We will provide a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and instructions.

Ship Back: You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error or a defective product. We recommend using a trackable shipping service and insuring the package. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

Inspection & Refund: Once we receive and inspect the item, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 10 business days. Exchange items will be shipped after the return is approved.
4. Damaged or Defective Items
Please inspect your shipment immediately upon delivery. If an item is damaged or defective, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos/videos of the damage and the packaging. We will arrange a replacement or refund at no extra cost.
